Comeback PT 1

So, lately the world has drained me dry of all my creativity, stamina (if I had any before), and tolerance. I even went so far as to take a mental health day today. One of the things I wanted to do was bring this baby back to life. I don't know how I let my writing and my love for writing slip so far down the hill. However, I do have a bunch of collages stacked up in powerpoint that you may be seeing soon as well as some of my newest creations.

Now, to Prom as I am sure some of you know about. Lemme just say that this class below mine that hosted this dance, well, richer doesn't make you better. The DJ sucked epically, the organization was a bit...odd, and it was just boring all around. Except for the food. The salads and the pasta (which I had) were I think restaurant quality. Which was nice. I also loved wearing my dress again as well as my mother's (My Bead Journey) Bracelet she made for me and another Bracelet made by Lori of Out of the Flames! Can I just say; SPARKLE!

This was some of what I took with me to prom!

On another note, On Easter I received a craft storage box from my parents that is total win and also very inspiring. It looks chunky and like it wouldn't hold everything. However, it does! <3

It has one box in which I have put my stash of findings and beads that I have collected as well as bead bits that I have made. I even put a couple boxes in the biggest row to add some flare as well as organization. The second box holds my stash of polymer clay and the third holds ALL of my tools. This thing is amazing. Sometimes I open it all up now just to look at what I have. LOL Oh and there is a compartment at the top of the box. It is so big it can hold my bead rack, travel cases, and my stash of boxes. However, it is now holding what I have collected so far for my dorm room which I will tell you about soon.

For now, I bid you all Ado! Sorry for my absence YET again. XD

Starting Again.

Okay, it is SO SO SO time for some major spring cleaning; lifestyle edition! I am so fustrated with the lack of muse and lack of hope in my life right now that I feel like I need a new start (to a certain degree)! So as far as my Blog-baby goes, I shall be changing a couple things around and working on some new entries here and there. I shall be back to posting eventually, for I am quitting my muse killing job and working on a lot of college stuffles (which are somewhat inspiring I think). That is all I have for today, ado!

Irony Fails Sometimes

Okay. Holy shiz. The features are going to have to wait due to lack of inspiration and too much pressure to pump them out right now. Life is going on the weird side lately. I hate my job, but I like it. I hate school, but I like it. I hate drama, but my muse to create is somewhat back. I am restless, but content. IRONY PEOPLE! XD

So for now, I shall leave my features in my notebooks until all of this nonsence is sealed and done. I have decided that I am going to quit my job at the burger shack in May (if this weeks paycheck is what I think it is.) I am going to focus whole heartedly on making it through this until then. It really isn't that hard, but the way it cuts in between me and life really makes it seem hard. Also, I have to watch what I say about my job to my parents because when I vent, I exagerate. They think I am not greatful for the job I have and think I complain too much. My mom is better about it. But that is because she is my venting wall so to speak. I actually respect that wall. XD I am just realizing that this job is NOT a job worth keeping for too long. AND School. Oh school. I am so excited to be rid of you too. I hate being bored and not having inspiration because you are boreing. But enough of that shiz.

Like I have said, I have been creating things. Collages, Accsessories, and even starting on my Cosplay for next month. It is fustrating though, because I have so MUCH to show and tell you all about, but now that I am working a possible four day week and have projects going on for school, I have little time to actually relax and tell you all about them. That is, unless I find time after working to write.

Frequency of posts will be questionable. They might pick up, they might not. Just know that I haven't forgotten about LBT and you all! Hopefully life will stop conspirring and give me time to breathe and be happy. I'll try to pump out some quick posts every now and then to breathe life into this baby blog, if worse comes to worse. I bid you all ado for tonight! MUCH LOVE ASWELL!
~Shelby

P.S. I feel aweful for not living up to what I had planned as far as double posts and activity have gone. Forgives me? *sad kitty face?*

Bifday and a New Feature!

I don't want to linger too long on the subject of my birthday so I shall sum it up!

The Good Part 1: I got A LOT of polymer clay stuff in the mail from my grandmother. She almost made me cry which was nice because I have been frustrated with family problems lately (mostly around my spoiled cousins). But anyway, she was FANTASTIC! See, See! I AM her favorite! I also got a wonderful box of chocolates, and when I say wonderful, I mean it had my FAVORITE chocolates in it. Aside from the coconut one. I also got a big Hershy kiss and bracelet (which were for Valentine's Day, but whatever. X3)

The Good Part 2: Didn't have to work because my mom called in and said I had a migraine. I went to a chinese bistro for dinner and got tickets to see Lord of the Dance. I also got a flower arragement from my aunt that was in the shape of a birthday cake. It was wonderful. We also watched hook and had Key Lime Cake.

The Bad: I might get in trouble because the phone (we called on a cell phone) was still on and they could have heard my mom and I talking (loudly) and my estatic Yay. If I get in trouble for this I am going to cry... Even though I did actually have a headache and still did even after dinner. Especially since when I got my cake, my grandmother seemed miffed at me. Come to find out she was mad at me for not calling my aunt about the beautiful flower arragement, when I told her myself that I had sent her a text about it. WTF? Thats like saying I lied. Ontop of that I had to deal with evil people at school...

IN OTHER NEWS! I have a new feature coming your way called "Inspired." It is about things that inspire me that I have found in my cyber or other travels. I will provide a collage of pictures from the subject, my thoughts, and an Etsy based collage of sorts, as well as a question or two for you my Lovely Readers! <3 (Oh and just so you know, that feature is why I have not written much of anything. xD)

That is all I have for you today, ado!
~Shelby

P.S. And I almost forgot, I might be spamming your notices soon (being some point in the next few weeks) with double posts if I can, Sorry! I have a  lot of new things to show off! <3

Wednesday, February 2, 2011

Well, that didn't work.

That has been my saying lately...here is why. You can skip this post if you want. Believe me, it's boring!

One, I tried to write a whole post devoted to my birthday. But my birthday is coming sooner than I thought. It's next week and I still don't have a good enough idea for s post. So, fail on that part. I might have to go into work that day anyway because I forgot to ask for it off. (Yeah, I really like spending my birthday at a burger shack taking orders from people who really should stop eating that kind of food or who are just overly annoying and think they know how to do my job. Oh yea, great birthday party there! *sarcastic voice*)

Two; I've had to deal with some drama that was stupid and immature. I knew I shouldn't get so mad about it but logic of coarse failed me. The more I thought about it the more angry I got. So, I have officially concluded that I am done trying to get along with people in my school. I'll save my energy for my friends that I talk to online and college.

Three; SNOW?! I HAS NONE! D: So much for the storm of the century or something like that. I still got a free snow day. My inspiration came, which was nice, but it only lasted an hour. D:

Four; I should have been in a printmaking class this semester but because of the way my schedule is set up, I can't be in it. Which means I am stuck in a class where me and my art teacher clash. BADLY! So I may ask him if I can do print making during this class, or I may spring a TON of jewelry making projects on him so he doesn't have to tell me what to do. What do you think?

I'm so stuck, but I shall bid you ado for now.

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year has always been a sort of wonder for me. The abundance of reds, golds, whites, creams, and other warm colors, the beautiful envelopes, and of coarse the dragons! This year is the Year of the Rabbit which starts on February 3rd, and I want to start looking at how I can adapt some of this holiday into my life in the near or far future even though I am not of Asian decent. (Mostly because there are no festivals around me for this holiday...)

I, like I said, love the Chinese New Year Dragon costumes. They are so awe inspiring, that I can't imagine a new years celebration without it. So, for the celebration, I would have a dragon themed project. A mask or a puppet, or even jewelry would be perfect for my own little celebration.

I could also send my friends handmade red envelopes with a little goody inside to spread the excitement. I love the red envelopes and such that are created for the celebration as well. Then maybe go out to some place that serves awesome Chinese Food. Yum Yum! :D

I find that events and celebrations should not be limited to just the people that the holiday belongs to, but to everyone who wants to be a part of it. Now oogle at y favorite chinese food and I bid you Ado!
~Shelby

P.S. Oh and here are some of my dragons that my Grandfather brought back from China for me when I was little. As well as my origami crane that my best friend made me a couple summers ago.

Shelby's Film Fest :: ROBIN HOOD (2010)

The newest Robin Hood related film, with Robin being played by Russel Crowe is a very new take on the old legend. An archer in the Crusades, under the comand of King Richard "The Lionheart", he finds himself running for his life after the death of the king in battle. When he swears to return to England with something of value, he finds himself facing his past for the first time.

The Actors: Russel Crowe played the part of Robin Hood very well, though the acting resembled the acting he did for his character in the movie Gladiator. Cate Blanchett was fantastic though!! She added a more rough and less perfect face to the character of Marian. Though she was quiet for some parts of the movie, her satirical and moodiness added more to the story than normal words could have in this case. Also, Robin's friends there were absolutely adorable and hysterical. Friar Tuck was a lot different in this story. He was more calm, funny, and philosophical.

The Story: The story was really slow and jumbled up at first but as more characters and depth were added to the story, it became much more exciting.

The Music: The music is really sweet and has a Celtic ring to it (which makes me very happy.) There is also one character who plays a small instument and even sings. It is quite awesome and funny.

The Good: Fantastic story and twists! It was very different from the other versions of Robin Hood. It is just a fun movie.

The Bad: Some parts of the movie were slow and confusing. It takes a second look at the movie to really figure it out. Then there were some weird scenes.

I have to say, I was so ready for this to be a good movie. However, I was not expecting it to surpass the expectations and thoughts I had prior to watching it, and even more surprised when it (in my opinion) surpassed my love for the Kevin Costner Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. I was very shocked! This movie by far is ranked as one of my absolute favorite movies, hands down! But that really depends on personal preference. If your someone who likes lower budget movies, long movies, music and singing, and/or this sort of genre, you will like it if not love it.

Movie Snack: Snickerdoodle Cookies and Coke Cola. Rough and Sweet! <3

Little Wolf Little Wolf

So, this week has been kinda bleh. I went to the bank and a woman at the counter saw my father and brother and said to me after they left "Oh your son is so cute!" I was so shocked. How old did she think I was? Like, I get it is the times we live in now, but that is just so ODD! If he was my son, I would have had to have him when I was 13 or so! EWEWEWEWEWEW! 'O.o Aside from that vomit worthy weird experience, I have recently taken on making a Gloomy Bear for a friend of mine (whom I hardly see even though we go to the same school) as well as fixing a class mate's bracelet. She and another classmate of mine tried to fix the magnetic clasp of a bracelet by putting super glue on it, however, they ended up gluing the two magnets together. So I being the odd person I am took the bracelet and tried to get the two magnets apart. Nothing worked. So now I have a few options;

Option A: Run the clasp under water and see if that works.
Option B: Try and pry them apart using tools.
Option C: Combine both A and B.
Option D: Replace it. But that costs money.

I am leaning towards C. Anywho, moving on.

I have had a project on my desk that I have neglected to finish or even take a stab at since I came up with it. But today I did! (o * *)o
A while ago, while I was making my xmas wish list, I came across westernmountain's wonderful wolf ring. Gods, I wanted that thing so bad, but ended up not getting it because my parents had already bought me a laptop. Defiantly not complaining there. But me being the stubborn sort said that if I couldn't have that wolf ring, I'd make my own. So I grabbed my wolf statue and some spare polymer clay and made a mold.

It took me a while to figure out how to do it mostly because the clay refused to come out of it once I shoved it in. But bit by bit I pieced together a wolfy face! It's kinda demented looking, but I like it none the less. He's so odd he needs love!

I am thinking that I am going to be making many different colors (Hint: I'm thinking metalic blue, metalic red, white marble, cream 'n' black, and solid black?) of these and once I get wire, I'll make them into rings! WOOT! I am really enjoying working with polymer clay. There aren't as many limits to it as natural clay (though I like that too.) Well, that's all I have on that for today. Ado <3
~Shelby

P.S. I went out to dinner last night and the restaurant had the most awesome idea of using glass jars for cups, to stick to their country theme. So cute!

Absent-ish?

So, yeah, it's been boring. Too boring. Projects have been sitting on my desk, my mind is full of ideas but no juice to write, and well...the usual. xD Though I do have to say, I finally found the perfect subjects to write about and I changed the discombobulated color scheme to a nice neon blue and red on black layout, though that may change once I have an idea for a layout that I can design. u-u'

In other news, my birthday is in a couple of weeks.Yippee? I am going to try and hype myself up about it, but no guarentees, but I'll tell you more about it later. xD I am also going to start doing film reviews once I get time to watch a movie.

Just letting you all know I didn't fall off the face of the earth. LOL!

Well, this is all I have for today, I wanted to post what I have been able to do through my art block but I can not for the life of me find the darn cord to get the photos in the computer D:< And with that I bid you ado for the night!

Red Sky at Night Outfit

"Red Sky at morning, sailors take warning
Red Sky at night, sailors delight"

So I was reading one of my new favorite blogs; Kalamari Kastle, and I came across a post that made me very jealous of the writer. This blog focuses on the Japanese subcultures (mainly Lolita it seems) and things relating to them such as events, stores, and products. But this is one of my most favorite post by them.

Here is is --> Clicku.

This was an event held by the San Fransisco branch of Baby the Stars Shine Bright (a major Lolita brand/store in Japan) for their sub brand Alice and Pirates. Now, I wasn't too big on the Alice and Pirates brand because I was looking more at the sweet lolita things. However, after I saw that post, I HAD and I mean HAD to make a outfit collage for it. Now, I have fallen in love with A&P because of its wonderful Disney themes and general awesomness. However, even with Etsy and Baby sites, it is really hard to find things inspired by your favorite Disneys that arn't tacky, unless your someone who likes Snow White. Personally, my favorites are Pirates of the Caribbean, Beauty and the Beast (and Imma going to have to watch it now, rawr), and Balto. Not easy to find those sometimes (aside from Pirates of the Caribbean, which is sometimes quite easy!) This is what I came up with (sticking to mostly Baby)

Top :: Baby The Stars Shine Bright
Skirt :: Baby The Stars Shine Bright
Shoes :: Baby The Stars Shine Bright
Clover Earrings :: Fanplusfriend
Ring, Tail Bag, Hat, Rings :: Etsy

I like how it looks like it would not be hard to wear yet it still fits the frillyness of the party as seen in the Kalamari Kastle post.

Oh and by the way; HAPPY NEW YEAR! I am looking forward to Chinese Food (which I think I ate too much of...), A Knight's Tale, and staying up doing art or browsing the internets for ideas. My resolutions are;

-Be a better friend to those that matter, and make new friends. I need a change from the fustration of not being able to be the friend I need to be and not finding people worth being friends to, besides the friends I rarely see who do matter to me.
-Make a routine for bloggy things. I have been in and out of my muse and that needs to also change. Also make time to reply to messages that are left to me. <3
-Find more things to do so I am not bored or sad as much as I normally am.
-Be a better daughter.
-Staying away from negativity. It is eating me ALIVE! D:

I hope you all are having a great New Years Eve! Ado!

Xmas at Home

Can I just say, this is one of the best Xmases I have ever had. It was simple and fun, not at all boreing or nausiating. I LOVED my presents! I got:

~A New Laptop which I was not exspecting at all. Wow. Just wow. I love this bugger. It is a nice espresso color and it works like no other. I love it so much I rhymed. LOL!
~Tarot: The Complete Kit wich is a nice, small sized tarot deck to replace my other set.
~Massage Ball
~A Snowflake bracelet from my mom by my mom. Love it!
~Boot Slippers that are furry and adorable.
~Boots
~A Hot Topic Hoodie
~A Care Package from my grandmother which was so sweet and so nice. Cozzy Black Socks, Fuzzy Gray Socks, and French Vanilla Hot Coco! I love care packages.
~Fuzzy Purple Gloves
~Beauty and the Beast Collecters Edition = LOVE!
~A Chococat Tee, I love Hello Kitty.
~A nice long sleeve shirt.
~Interview with a Vampire

We also went shopping today! I got a new fan for my computer as well as my first Blue Ray DVD because my new lappy has a Blue Ray player. I also bought stuff from Hot Topic;

~Hello Kitty Classic Ring
~Wolf Shaped Ear Muffs
~A Plushie Bat Key Chain
~Dangly Bear Earrings
~Skull Bow Hair Clips

Yepper! I got spoiled! I am a pirate of Xmas (because presents ARRRR fun me harties!) The only bad thing was was that I couldn't make Gloomy Bears for the friends I miss so much. I was going to, but I wouldn't be able to ship them. And I would not have the clay to make them either. Maybe next year. However, my mom loved her gift which was a gift card for Tee Shirts (she has a fetish), some small cabs, and a bead in the shape of one of her favorite animals.

Well, I just wanted to make note of how great this year's holiday was and that I hope you all had a nice Xmas too! Goodnight and Ado!

Pack Plate

OHMYGODS this project has defiantly given me a run around. I was told that we needed to do a serving plate for our new project. I decided that I would do a wolf design on the plate. At first, I was going to paint it on, but then my teacher had the idea of carving it out of the plate. It was really friggen hard to do. Personally, I don't know if I like this plate yet. Maybe once it is put into the kiln it will look better. My teacher absolutely despises it (and me.) Here is what it looks like before it goes into the kiln.

I messed up by making it "too deep" and I also messed up when I lightly etched it out. One of the wolves just looked HORRIBLE. Now he looks better, but it is still frustrating.

Well, that's all I have for this post. Ado
~Shelby

Gotta Love Gloomy Bear

Come on, you know you love that little homicidal bear! I do! Though he is often covered with blood he is still all kinds of adorable. That is why I couldn't help but try my hand at polymer clay Gloomy Bears when I saw some on Etsy.

Here are some pictures of Gloomy from Google.

And here are what my polymer Gloomy Bears look like. They are quite crude for Gloomy, but I think they are adorable nonetheless. LOVE THEM! >:D

It would be so awesome if I could do chainmail with these hanging off of it. Well, that's all I have about Gloomy (........................................today). For now, Ado!

P.S. Remember that online community I was in? Well, I'm back INNNN!!! I am very happy! <3

A Rare Excitement?

I'll be honest, I dislike Xmas with a passion. So it is weird that I have found myself excited for this dreaded holiday. But then again, I will be without the stressful rich side of the family this year, so it will be like the old days almost. Just me, mom, dad, brother, kitty, and grandparents. Gotta love the nostalgia.

The only thing that could make the human aspect of this holiday better this year would to be able to get together with friends on Xmas Eve. However, I have nothing to throw an amazing party with. So I decided to make an etsy treasury in powerpoint (because etsy doesn't work well on my computer.) I also added a couple pictures on the side to keep up with the party theme. Gods, If only my friends were closer and if I had the drive to meet up with them (due to my low self confidence lately and my hate for the people I see every day.)

Buuuuut then I decided I didn't like it. So I went and added a couple of the pictures to another collage that you'll see soon, if I like it.

Aside from the Xmas stuff, I have been working a lot more with polymer clay. I have to say, it is a lot more fun than the natural clay (only because I don't have my art teacher scolding me all the time maybe.) I recently decided to make a polymer clay Gloomy Bear! It is crude, but adorable non the less. I have to say, whatever was keeping me from doing art is subsiding.

I will be putting up a picture of what my gloomys look like after they are fired. I want to do a couple more colors. So far, I have a blue one.

Well, that's all for today I think. Oh wait, I want coffee. Annnnd my art teacher annoys me. Annnnnd...Okay, now that's it, ado!

Frustrations and Updatings!

Ajaksnsdknfdsklfnskldjffkkkkkkakakakak...orz... I haven't been good about posting have I? Well, I could explain but I am trying to make a negativity free zone in my life for the most part. However, I will say that I am really sad with a community that I am (was?) in online has forgotten me in it's move to it's own site and it hurt. I don't know what to do with my characters that I had there and you may see them eventually here. I will also say as far as real life high school class mates and teachers go, my patience is wearing and shaking. But that is about it. I need to fix up some parts in my life. That is all.

Now enough of that, as far as this baby blog and you all go, I am making a few changes and I need some advice from the more blog experienced souls following me. I need to set some subjects and features for my blog, something that people will want to read if they ever come by this little hole. Here are my ideas...

Art - Come on? You know I love arts and crafts. I am going to try and post more art and collages as well as some new things if I get the chance.
Film - I would love to do film reviews and movie related stuff every couple of weeks. Mainly inspired by one of my favorite blogs; La Vida Frills. She is awesome. Nuff' said.
Pets - I love to talk about animals and animal related things, especially those animals that manage to be our companions.
Fashion and Lifestyle - Festivals, Lolita, LARP, Cosplay, Decora, Wicca, Hot Topic Stuff, Media, Food, and all of those special things that make life fun, and make me want to spend hours researching. I'd want to put those to good use yes?

Any other suggestions? Tips? Problems? HALP?!?!? I want to grow a bit more into this blog, but to do that, I need people to want to read it. I am also going to change up the design a bit, but I don't know what I want it to look like yet...emphasis on yet.

Well, now I feel I must depart for a heaping plate of Chinese food. Ado

Way to ruin the good streak...that lasted all of two and a half total days...

FEEL FREE (by free I mean, actually please do...skip this!)TO SKIP THIS if you are following me, because this is just me yelling and ranting again and there is no point in reading it... Thank you and please carry on...

I am so fed up with life! I swear, every time I start to enjoy myself again, the roller coaster named "Life" takes yet another downward spiral and halts. You know, like when your on a ride at the amusement park and your having so much fun and suddenly the ride comes to a screeching halt and goes down for maintenance while your still on it. Well, yep that is what my life is like, and it's a solo ride of all things. The ups last only a couple of days or even minutes while the droll and annoying maintenance periods last months. No lie. I could say I hate my life, but that would not be entirely true.

I love my art, my obsessions and hobbies (that's a lot to keep me busy), my kitty, my family (when they are not at each other's necks and causing drama and LOTS of headaches), and my lovely friends (I miss you all so so so much, you have no idea. Halloween was amazing!). That's about it (in a general nutshell)! If I did not have these, I don't know what I would do and what point there would be! Oh and let's not forget my (few) followers! <3 you guys!

But I furking LOATHANDHATEWITH ALL OF MY BEING; Work, my parents petty arguments with me or each other, stupid people, people that make a point to get under my skin and pick on (and/or) threaten me when I retaliate, the lack of muse, lack of interesting things, lack of time, and the neverending story of drama from school, work, homework, life, ect... Oh and the wonderful thing called chronic depression which I think I have because all of these small things end up becoming so huge in my mind that I end up crying for an hour. No exaggeration. I hate being stuck like this and I hate having this sort of negativity around me and I especially hate when people want me to say sorry to them, when I never get a sorry in return...

I wish people would just choose between hating me and actually SHOWING me that they care about me, not just the petty little drama that they bring to me so they can get a consoling hug. That is my new pet peve. That is all, ado

Dream Lolita Outfit............s...

So La Vida Frills has this contest, I was not sure if I should enter or not because I am only an upcoming Loli, but I sat down at my computer and came up with two outfits that would fit me and I would SOSOSOSOSO wear! Though, lacking in any sort of Lolita clothes and accessories, makes it hard for me not to get attached to the idea of actually owning one of these outfits. But anyway, I want to display them on here before I enter the contest (which will be like three minutes from now.)

Well, through a couple months of research, I have learned that if I do become a half or full Lolita, I would defiantly turn to Sweet and Punk Lolita. At first, I was going to go for a Gothic/Sweet style, but it always seems to come out more Sweet than Gothic. I have found myself in love with that style for its way of emulating who I am and what I love. Here is the dream outfit for Sweet Lolita!

This outfit basically brings my favorite little things from when I was young. I loved Disney movies when I was a kid and still love them to this day. I also find plush totally squee worthy! I love festivals and malls, especially those ones that still have to GOREGIOUS carousels, hence the headpiece. Clovers too are a symbol of another thing I love, the United Kingdoms and Ireland! I would love to go there one day!

`Cat Plush: Emily le Strange

The second outfit is a Sweet/Punk Lolita mix. This is a more modern version of me in an outfit. I love media (be it movies, food, brands, art, music, festivals, and so on)! I love it as a hobby and an obsession nowadays. I also have rediscovered my love for Wonka Brand Candies and discovered a love for Hello Kitty. I also have found a soft spot for monsters of all levels of cuteness, found two sushi types that I want to try, as well as rekindling my love for the Renaissance, hence the puffy collared shirt.

I am really excited to see who wins this contest and what they win, La Vida Frills is a very interesting blog to read if your new to Lolita fashion like me. Ado for now!

Sorry it has taken me so long to post!

Ugh, I have been way to busy for my own good. I have been having occasional family arguments, hating my job, and loathing my fellow class mates and their annoying personalities. I think the only thing that is keeping me sane right now is the ability to escape into my room and come home to a cat who seems to be overly excited when I do come home. Today I am home sick, so expect a bunch of entries including my usual art update to follow...now!

So, remember my dear friend Dumpling Wolf? Well, I was working on him last week and I walked away for two minutes and he had broken into two ragged pieces. Rest in Piece Dumpling Wolf Ikibana. Your head shall be mounted on a cylinder and your butt shall become a shrine.
I also got my cups out of the kiln and shined up so here they are as well!
I also made a little scoop for my kitty's little snack times.
And JULS JULS JULS JULS!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I love my bead! It is so so so so so so GORGIOUS!
So as a gift upon suggestion, I have made these cabs! And I will send you a couple once I get the chance!
I also have a couple bread shaped ones for you if you want a couple of those too, they are quite thick.
Well, that is my art update! Ado

Quickly~!

Sorry I don't have a lot of time to post today. I am going to be at work and then taking an escape in my room with Disney movies, my shopping goodies, and my kitty-boo. But I wanted to show off my plates!
But first, the plates and the start of my ikibana vase! My plates came out if the kiln as I was starting my ikibana. I don't like my ikibana much but t is only the beginning of it. My design was to make a vase that made it's plants flail out and even show the water in the pool. So it can be decorated. I also added a spout that should have ended up looking like a dragon or a wolf, but it ended up looking like both! I introduce to you DUMPLING WOLF! xD

Annnnnd now my plates! These will be going to show hopefully and have taken up a home in my schools showcase for the time being. Unfortunately for me.

I also found out that I am one of the winners in a contest held by the wonderful Juls from Julsbeads! I bought a focal bead that is so cute and is based on an Indian Blanket. I used to have three indian blankets growing up and would love to have another again. Their not the softest things ever but they sure are COZZZY! I shall show off a picture of it once I get it. Thank you so much Juls-luff!

Well, that's all I have for today. For now, ado!
